    • Rapid Start Training is a company-paid, incentive-based new licensee program designed to help you build a strong career foundation and achieve success as a professional real estate broker. It incorporates Ninja Selling’s relationship-driven philosophy into our culture with proven results. Includes:

      • 3-weeks Rapid Start Training with experienced professionals

      • Coaching and application of principals with Authorized Principal Broker

      • Reimbursement towards attending Windermere Way

      • Up to $250 toward business set up costs

      • Commission splits of 70% to you and 30% to Company up to threshold of $24,950 of your first year
