In an effort to support our brokers through life’s challenges, Windermere Realty Trust has collaborated with The Standard Insurance Company to provide a range of insurance options for our team, including Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, and Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance.
Stride Insurance
In partnership with Stride, the Windermere Agent Health Plan launched in 2024. The plan offers brokers access to more affordable healthcare, dental, vision and prescription drug plans.
Nationwide Retirement Plan
To assist agents and their employees in accumulating savings for their long-term financial needs, Windermere Real Estate and Nationwide established a Profit Sharing Plan. This program enables brokers to make tax-deferred, tax-deductible contributions, effectively reducing their taxable income.
